The service
GK Vip Transfer, operated by Georgia Kommata on Kos island, Greece, provides pre-booked private transfers between Kos International Airport (KGS), Kos Port, hotels and resorts across the island, as well as private island tours. By booking a transfer you agree to these terms.
Bookings and confirmation
You can request a booking through the website form, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to you on WhatsApp or by phone. Please make sure the details you give us, especially your flight number, pickup time, and location, are accurate; we rely on them to have your driver in the right place at the right time.
Prices and payment
Every ride has a fixed price agreed at the time of booking, with no hidden fees. Payment is made at the end of the ride, in cash (EUR) or by card. We do not take prepayments.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone and we will reschedule or cancel your booking. Since we take no prepayment, there is nothing to refund.
Flights and pickup
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival, so a flight delay does not change the agreed price. If you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point, call or message us on WhatsApp at +30 697 296 1560 immediately and we will guide you.
Luggage
The agreed price includes luggage within the vehicle's stated capacity (up to 3 large suitcases in the sedan, up to 6 in the van). Please tell us in advance about oversized or special items, such as sports equipment or mobility aids, so we can plan the right vehicle.
Passenger conduct
Seat belts are required by Greek law for all passengers. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. The driver may refuse or end a ride if passenger behaviour puts safety at risk.
Liability
Transfers are performed with licensed, insured vehicles and drivers in accordance with Greek law. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme traffic, weather, or force majeure. When booking a transfer to the airport or port, please allow enough time for check-in and boarding.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kos, Greece.
